About Us

We lead organizations to be intentional with the planning, development and life cycle management of the facilities God has entrusted them.

Our team has assisted hundreds of Churches, Christian schools and ministries plan, develop, build and manage facilities.  $4-6 Billion is budgeted annually on facilities. That’s right…billion with a B. Monies God has entrusted to his people. This is serious stuff!

We’ve developed a process that puts the church’s vision, mission DNA and culture at the center of an intentional process instead of allowing a facility (owned or leased) to be the driving motivator. Shifting the discussion from “buildings” to “tools.”

Our Process

Our proven Project Management Process assists organizations in evaluating, analyzing, developing, planning and implementing solutions that meet specific situations. To best accomplish all the nuances and complexities of facility initiatives, we’ve segmented our process into four disciplines:

  • Dream
  • Plan
  • Build
  • Sustain
  • …and then back to Dream

Our intentional process is ideal for churches/ministries that:

  • Don’t know what they need to know
  • Don’t know where to start (or are stuck)
  • Consider possibilities before a long-term commitment to a project
  • Need an advocate to lead the initiative
  • Need a project “translator” to interpret construction-eese
  • Want to stay focused on ministry and not facilities

If that sounds like you, then you need an INTENTIONAL Process.
